When will your order be delivered?
The delivery time for a product is found at the top of the product page under the title. For most products this is 1-3 days. Delivery of all items with personalised embroidery take 14 days. When your order is despatched you will receive a confirmation email with notification of the delivery date. All orders* over 1.1kg are delivered by next day courier Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. Items under 1.1kg are delivered by Royal Mail.

*Islands, Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery can take 48hrs during busy periods. If your item is out of stock we will inform you immediately and provide a delivery date or a full refund.

Choosing a delivery address
Normally, you will be required to sign for your order when it arrives. If you will not be available at home, you can have your order delivered to work, a friend's or neighbour's house. Alternatively, you can choose to have your parcel left in a secure place at your own risk by entering the instructions into the 'Delivery note' box on the delivery address page.

What happens if you are not in?
If you are not in when delivery is attempted a card will be left with a contact number to arrange re-delivery. If you are not in a second time your parcel may be returned to us and there will be an additional charge for re-delivery.

Where do we deliver?
We deliver to the UK, Europe, Canada, USA and Australia. We do not deliver to anywhere else.

Delivery costs
To see the delivery cost for your order, simply add the items to your shopping basket.

We email you when we despatch your goods
On despatch, we will send you a notification email alerting you that we have sent your order.

Change of Delivery Address
Where an order has been despatched and the customer requires a change of delivery address, there is a £15.00 plus VAT charge to the customer for this service. This is the cost to us charged by the delivery courier company.

Delivery on special items for businesses
We provide prompt delivery and the most efficient turn-around possible on bespoke items for business customers, such as towels with company logos, woven and printed towels. Please contact us with your requirement for more details of delivery times and prices.

Over 90% items featured on the website are in Stock. However on the rare occasion when we are out of stock you will be advised accordingly. An invoice and receipt will be sent out with every order.
